TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices listed in US dollars. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service or Fedex.
Please allow 5-7 days delivery for ground shipping after your order has
been processed. Next Day and Second Day orders placed after 12pm EST
will be shipped the following business day.
Please note for Next Day and Second Day orders: Fedex only
delivers on business days. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not
Fedex business days.
If your order exceeds $500 USD we may contact you for additional information for verification purposes.
Overseas orders may take up to 30 days to be released by Customs.
Once your package is in your local Customs Office you may contact them
for information on your package. We do not receive tracking information
on the package while it is in Customs.
There is a 15% restocking fee for canceled orders after 24 hours of
placing your order. We do not accept returns on pigments or flash sets.
We will not accept any returns of opened or used products due to cross
contamination. We will not accept any return without notification and
agreement.
Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. We do accept Western Union,
Money Gram and orders prepaid with a Money Order in US Funds. Please
call for details.
Tattooing and Body Piercing equipment should not be used by anyone that
is not properly trained to do so under the laws of the state in which
the practitioner resides. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for
the safe and proper use of these devices and agrees to indemnify and
hold Kaplan East Coast Tattoo Supplies Inc. harmless from any consumer
claims against the ultimate use of these devices.
